***You can also use my code TARA10 for 10% off your order on containerandpackaging.com they are not sponsoring this post, but the did sponsor the instagram version of this formula. I’ve also been shopping from them since 2017. So I genuinely really like their company and I would be so happy if you could use my code so they know I sent you. Hopefully they will want to work with me more in the future! :) Thanks so much for all your support as well!
Benefits/Uses of Ingredients;
Propanediol - humectant that hydrates the skin. Also helps suspend the Hyaluronic Acid into the water so it does not chunk up and create fisheyes.
Glycerin - humectant that hydrates the skin. Also helps suspend the Hyaluronic Acid into the water so it does not chunk up and create fisheyes.
ULMW Hyaluronic Acid - helps plump, hydrate, and make skin more youthful and healthy HA is the natural gel between skin cells that serves as a water reservoir for the cells. As we age, skin loses hyaluronic acid and the ability to hold sufficient water in this reservoir. Feeding new hyaluronic acid to skin may help hydrate skin's inter-cellular reservoir, raising skin's moisture level, and smoothing down age lines. ULMW HA penetrates deeper into the skin, but it doesn't add any viscosity to the product.
HMW Hyaluronic Acid - doesn't penetrate as deeply into the skin compared to ULMW HA, but it will add some viscosity to the product. If you use it at 1% you will get a thick gelled serum. I chose to use it at 0.5% because I realized I like thinner serums.
Distilled water - Diluent
Sodium Phytate - chelating agent - Learn about chelating agents HERE
Snail Secretion Extract (INCI: Glycerin & Snail Secretion Filtrate) - According to FormulatorSampleShop.com “Snail secretion, produced by the Helix Lucorum, is an organic compound containing allantoin, collagen, elastin and glycolic acid. These compounds are highly beneficial in helping the skin appear brighter, smoother and more rejuvenated”
Tripeptide-29 (collagen peptide FSS) - According to FormulatorSampleShop.com “Collagen PrePeptide is pure (>99.7%) G-P-Hyp tripeptide produced synthetically, without the use of animal derived products or genetically modified organisms. With a molecular weight of 285 D it shows excellent bioavailability.”
Saccharomyces Ferment - a potent anti-aging ingredient, Increase Cell Respiration, Increase Cell Metabolism. increasing the production of structural proteins such as collagen and elastin.
DL panthenol - vitamin B5
Niacinamide - Vitamin B3
Euxyl K 900 INCI: Benzyl Alcohol & Ethylhexylglycerin - preservative
