Directions;
In a sanitized container, combine all ingredients in phase A besides the Sepinov EMT 10 and mix until combined.
Sprinkle the Sepinov EMT 10 on top of the solution and immediately mix with an Immersion Blender.
Add in all the ingredients in phase B into phase A and mix to combine.
Check and adjust pH. Keep between 4.5 - 5.5 (no pH adjusting should be needed)
Pour into desired container. I used this 1 oz treatment pump bottle.

FSS Retinol Liposome - retinol is the only ingredient that is proven to help with mature skin and fade wrinkles.
Hibiscus Extract - anti-oxidant properties and inhibit elastin degradation, helping to maintain the skin's elasticity and thereby offering anti-aging effects. Useful for formulations targeting skin tone, anti-cellulite and refirming products.
Sweet Potato Extract - Sweet Potatoes are stuffed with benefits to help you achieve clearer and younger-looking skin. Its abundant vitamins and minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B, and vitamin C among them) can be just as nourishing for your skin as your body.
Sepinov EMT 10 - synthetic polymer that thickens serum and helps keep the Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate & Vitamin E mixed with the water soluble ingredients.
Bakuchiol Pure 99% - said to be a non irritating alternative to retinol. Bakuchiol is said to help keep the skin soft and healthy looking and has been said to help with signs of aging, stimulate collage, and improve skin tone.
Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C) - very stable, oil soluble vitamin C ester. Has excellent skin penetration and as a result offers increased cell protection against UV-B. The skin cell viability is increased up to 30% when compared with l-ascorbic acid. Can improve appearance of aged and fragile skin. Widely used as add-on ingredient in skin-lightening products to correct hyperpigmentation and age spots.
Vitamin E - antioxidant
Substitutes;
substituting ingredients will change the final feel, viscosity, and overall effect of final product. percentages and formulating procedure may need to change with substitutions. these substitution suggestions are just suggestions and have not been tested to work.
Distilled Water - hydrosol or aloe vera liquid
Disodium EDTA - sodium phytate or tetrasodium edta
Liquid Germall Plus - any water soluble broad spectrum preservative of choice. e.g. Euxyl PE 9010, Opiphen Plus, Euxyl K 903, Euxyl K 900, Preservative Eco, Geogard 221, Just make sure you are adjusting the products pH properly.
FSS Retinol Liposome - so sub
Hibiscus Extract - any botanical extract of choice make sure it’s water soluble
Sweet Potato Extract - any botanical extract of choice make sure it’s water soluble
