How to Make Jelly Perfume Balm - Inspired by Sol de Janeiro

Formula;

Phase A

Phase B (cool down)

Directions;

  1. In a heat safe sanitized container, combine both ingredients in phase A and mica, if using. Heat using either a hot plate, or a water bath (Fill a pan with about an inch or so of water and place it over your stove top on medium heat.) mix periodically to help melt.

  2. Once everything is melted, removed from heat and let cool.

  3. This product solidifies quickly, so you need to work fast. Add in your fragrance oil once it is under the flashpoint of your fragrance oil then add in the Vitamin E and mix.

  4. Pour into desired tube. I used these empty roll up lip balm containers.
