Formula;
phase A
58.45% distilled water
30% witch hazel hydrosol
2% green tea extract
0.5% liquid germall plus
2% dl panthenol
phase B
7% propanediol
0.05% ULMW hyaluronic acid
Directions;
combine all ingredients in phase A and mix until dl panthenol dissolves
in a separate container combine both ingredients in phase B and mix until HA dissolves.
pour phase B in phase A and mix
check and adjust pH between 4.5 - 5.5

ULMW hyaluronic acid - plumps skin, hydrates skin, reduces fine lines & wrinkles, and is naturally found in skin.

green tea extract - turmeric extract, guava extract, raspberry extract, apple extract, or other antioxidant rich extract.
liquid germall plus - any water soluble broad spectrum preservative. If you use optiphen plus, euxyl k 903, or euxyl PE 9010 mix with propanedial first before adding into phase A.
dl panthenol - no sub. could add in an extra humectant.
propanediol - glycerin, propylene glycol, or other humectant
ULMW hyaluronic acid - any hyaluronic acid. if you use a higher molecular weight HA it will thicken the toner.
Brightening Niacinamide Toner
for all skin types.

4% niacinamide
2% licorice root extract
0.5% alpha arbutin
3% alpaflor gigawhite
phase B
7% propanediol
1.2% euxyl k 903
Directions;
combine all ingredients in phase A and mix until niacinamide and alpha arbutin dissolves
in a separate container combine both ingredients in phase B.
pour phase B in phase A and mix
check and adjust pH to 5.5 - 6
pH adjusting; natural pH 4.41. I raised the pH to 5.71

niacinamide - vitamin B3, minimizes appearance of pores, evens skin tone, brightens skin, reduces inflammation, enhances overall appearance of skin.
licorice root extract - brightens skin, soothes skin, said to help soothe eczema
alpha arbutin - brightens skin, improves skin tone, minimizes dark spots. (won't lighten natural skin tone. only spots that's darkened over time)

0.5% liquid germall plus
2% viola tricolor extract
1% hexapeptide 1 ECT
2% marshmallow extract
2% vegetable collagen
0.2% sodium carbomer
phase B
7% propanediol
0.05% ULMW hyaluronic acid
Directions;
combine all ingredients in phase A adding the sodium carbomer in slowly while mixing to prevent clumping.
keep mixing until carbomer is fully dissolved and solution has thickened.
in a separate container combine both ingredients in phase B and mix until HA dissolves.
pour phase B in phase A and mix
pH will remain around 6. If higher you can lower to around 6.
